LEASE MANAGEMENT OFFERING

Lease to be managed by PSA for operation and occupancy management and will be responsible for the maintenance of the complete student housing which will include not limited to:

• Collecting of rent from students
• Managing the residence needs & Safety Provide adequate staffing to fulfil needs
• PSA shall be responsible for providing subcontractors to perform its duties with regards to this facility in a timely and safe manner.
• Regular Room inspections
• Applying the rules of conduct Evictions/Replacements
• Tenants concerns
• Keep owner apprised of any single repair issues
• Seek owner’s approval on all maintenance if requested Regular communication between all parties.
• Emergency protocols for residents
• Approve and dispatch service requests Supervise and coordinate transport
• Provide follow up calls to tenants on maintenance provided

Financial Services

• Month end financial summary
• We maintain itemized records of all expenses and provide owners with the original copy of all Invoices
• Provide owner with up-to-date financial reconciliation
